You can't talk here? If it gets more popular we'll probably make a separate forum but for now I don't see the problem with just a topic.

agreed with orlando. if this show hit's season 4 then we will create a forum.
or if they suddenly start making and superawesomethebestshowevermade story. something like Stargate. then we will make a forum for it.

i mean it's the only sci-fi out there atm and i'm sicking with it. it's not too bad, but nothing awesome either. i do like the cgi and makeup for different aliens, but story lacks the kick.

If you look at the previous posts you'll see that people are commenting mostly the overall quality of the show and not what has happened in certain episodes. So I don't really see a reason to add a separate board for Defiance... at least not until it's more popular (if that'll ever happen).

I am a Science Fiction fan. I like it. I am entertained. I don't need a series to win art awards. As somebody wrote - there's not a lot of Sci-Fi out there. In a post-Stargate era, standards do get lower with time.

Back to Defiance - I am also of the opinion that the pace of the series could pick up some  but that does not make it boring already. Characters and plots need time to develop, i.e. writers need audience feedback to mature the characters. With 13 eps. the season is short and only survivors get a chance to do things "better" (in Season 2). Real timing problem there - so if you like SF you need to watch, especially in the US where watching "counts" so that fans like me - not "live"-watchers - have something to see.

This show is ok. I don't see a point right now to open a forum for this. Every episode is ok but actually nobody discussed any story ark. So a forum would be empty.
If the show is finally taking off this could change quite fast

You can't really finish a MMO.

Think I'm dropping this show very soon... seems like its getting crappier by the episode. Bad acting, bad make up and seems like the story is going nowhere.

as long as i am a free person living in a free country (where they already punish people commenting in the internet for 5 years in prison and real murderers walk free) i can comment whatever i want
