I like this show, but there were some inconsistencies (sp?) in the make-up departement. The scar the bad boss (Summer) got from the arrow first time, changed from one to two lines. And the green around Arrows eyes was gone before he took of the hood the last time.
Other than that, a show that I will keep on my list.

I'm really enjoying this show, its surprisingly good.
While a lot of the elements are kind of cliche and melodramatic, the story with his girlfriend, his sister, his friend.... I gotta say the main actor Stephen Amell REALLY pulls it all together.
5 years on a deserted Island gives us a fascdinating character drama as we can see his transformation from selfish playboy to superhero right before our eyes, and he is pulling all the right strings. Every scene he is in is a thrill, u never really know what he is going to say, whether he will play along or reveal a facet of his true self.
Im lovin it, cant wait to learn more about the island. (If it has a smoke monster I'm out though)

It's coz they used a reverse shot of him putting the hood on, if you watch him blink afterwards its totally off kilter 
Not sure why they felt the need to put the shot in if they didn't have a proper one
Saying that, I am really enjoying this show too, its got just the right level of cliche and melodrama for a comic book show for me

I've given up on this, watched 2 episodes but the fighting scenes in the 2nd episode were a crappy (just watch where he's fighting the Triad blonde about 32mins in)
And how is he avoiding getting shot with 3 people with machine guns after him, he can just disappear in an instant too (at least Batman had the toys and armour to make it sorta believable)
There's too much melodrama for my taste too.
I have less time to watch TV now so I need to cut out these time waster shows, I'm close to giving up on 'revolution' too

If she was an ITT for a store that would be one thing but the main ITT for a billion dollar company makes is more believable to me.

Not true. I have encountered many, in NY and CA. In NYC, I have met aspiring actresses who temp programming and as sysadmins. Pays better than waiting on tables. May be the same in LA, but cannot confirm that. Go figure.

Good third episode... I'm glad they're not slowing down. I just hope that they keep the naive stuff from the comics to a minimum, because I wouldn't want this to become the next Cape. Dude who tattooes the names of his victims on his body? C'mon.

yeah, i thougt it seemed ridicoulus too, but i guess its a fine line to tread, to find the balance between the comic book world and the belivable real world.

Ive seen quite a few very decent IT girls, the flaw in the episode is that the people who work in some kind of backroom doing IT don't tend to have 10layers of makeup on. And this makeup can actually make what we associate with ordinary IT look like what we saw in that episode.

Trying to portray a unrealistic show as happening in a real world is something very common for the Superhero genre.
We all know that Arrow in itself is not realistic, by as long as the setting is set to "the real world" one would want the world to be as realistic as possible.

This episode felt like a season three finale type deal I wonder were there going to take it now. Show is by far my favorite of the new shows.
