Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitRe: 4x19 - Letters of TransitSeriously? There is more discussion on fringe at my facebook today, than here? That usually only happens to Big Brother and such... I Man-Love this show! Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitIf you guys read this: http://forum.next-episode.net/viewtopic … 02#p122602 It seems this is the beginning of a 3-4 episode quick end to the Fringe series. So freaking sad - can't they just cancel useless series like the simpsons? Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitI'm an American http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHMxcpff … plpp_video (nothing to do with fringe just song that pops into my head when I say that) and I agree we are rather stupid. Are politics are a joke the economy is laughable and we think we own the world or at least the internet. Fringe suffers from many things. It was moved to Friday's the only night in original programming with the lowest ratings for shows. It goes up against two other sci-fi shows which is odd since their really isn't many sci-fi shows as it is. It isn't a show you can jump into at any point, cause it's damn near impossible to explain the show to anyone without spending an hour and making them take notes. Catching up with shows is still nigh impossible legally in this day in age since company's are still operating in a mentality that internet doesn't mean anything although every year less and less of us have cable. But the main reason is Neilson and their outdated as fuck way of judging viewers. Also I haven't given my thoughts on this episode cause I 3weeks behind =/ Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitThis really reminded me of the end to Dollhouse when they skipped to the future on the last episode (or 2?) ....guess they are doing the same thing Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitThe fact that she was their daughter was obvious. I do wonder what happen to Olivia. My guess would be she is still alive and something else happen to her. I wouldn't mind next season...if their is one to focus on the future as long as Olivia is their and we don't get a repeat of them separated...again Re: 4x19 - Letters of Transittoidol wrote:

agreed on every point in this thread so far. Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitI can't imagine they will frame next season in the future (if there even is a next season). Wasn't part of the problem it was too expensive to produce? Can you imagine what it would do to the cost if they had to use 100 times more CGI to merely provide the futuristic backgrounds etc? Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitI believe Olivia is dead, because of September and his talk of "you die in all the futures". But most probably the whole situation has to be solved at the beginning, nipping it at the butt, meaning they have to go back to "our" world/time. At least we got to know why they were observing. Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitDon’t they always do a flash backwards / forwards at ep 19 Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitIt bothers me that they've totally ruined the mystique of the Observers and made them more or less, evil...when they were actually quite neutral, save for the odd interference here and there. Also, that they poisoned their own world is absurd since they can see all outcomes... Very disappointed in the episode. Very sad that Fringe is coming to such a lame close. It deserves better... -Rob Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitRobcore wrote:
But Rob why not? aren't humans having that effect to everyone? interacting too much with them makes everyone go nuts eventually. Re: 4x19 - Letters of Transit....humanity is irredeemable....so evil in fact that they could corrupt a set of enlightened beings that have observed them through all of time....and all it took was 30 years or so? I guess the evil capacity of humanity to corrupt the observers hasn't ever existed before...only now? What was the point of observing for so long? And why go back to 2012 to take over the world? why not go back further to a point where earth was less polluted and when humanity wasn't so capable of resisting the observers....I mean, they can see all outcomes! it's just stupid for a being that can see all outcomes to end up in a lasting conflict... ....it is a totally uninspired way to try and wrap things up... -Rob Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitRobcore wrote:
You do know that the Observers are human decendants, yes? Re: 4x19 - Letters of TransitWhat difference does that make? The observers exist in all of time all at once...which makes time-travel answers silly...they are all through history...so even if they are human descendants, they're not exactly subject to human fallibility in the way that humans are...and not subject to lack in the sense that they could lose anything...because they exist in time before and after all seeming 'events'. -Rob Posts: 21Forums - Next Episode → Fringe → 4x19 - Letters of Transit |
