Topic: Source for news

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good source of TV show news? I primarily watch the basic network shows. Rarely cable.

Best would be if I could personalize it with shows I watch.

I've given up trying to sift through all the TV Guide stories where only 1 of 30 interest me. I now get almost all my news from the (ir)regularly posted front-page news here. And that's pretty much the depth of news I'm looking for - just possibly more personalized and real-time.

Thanks!

Anyone else noticed that spoilertv has started blocking people with Adblock from visiting its site? Now that's a bold move. They have one less guest, because I liked to use this site for watching promos of new shows and reading non-spoilery news.

Easy, just use anther extenstion - NoScript (or NotScript in Chrome).  This stops all javascript, and blocks them from detecting AdBlock  smile

Yeah, I already tried disabling javascript in my browser and it works, but it also disables a lot of functionality on the site like commenting using Disqus.

No, don't disable javascript.  Get the NoScript addon.  You can enable or disable JS per site

Re: Source for news

That's what I'm saying. Opera allows to disable Javascript only on the sites from the list I've created. It's not like I've blocked JS entirely. smile
