Californication was renewed for a sixth season.
And with this I may watch-it. I don't know if I'll like though.

It's not as good as it used to be. Still entertaining though. Especially Runkel, the guy is just too fucked up not to be entertaining

I actually find him very pathetic this season.

Being English I normally cringe whenever I watch a US TV show and have to suffer to hear an American's attempt at an English accent. (Please note - ENGLISH accent - not British - there's no such thing.)
But the dead rock-star's wife's accent was truly, truly awful. I think to learn it she must have listened to Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins.
Why couldn't they just have got an English actress?

it already lost all it's magic three seasons ago,
well the university adventure should get a 7
but after that just seems like a bunch of adults playing to be (terribly cool and hip) kids. senseless, hank no longer shows any depth. he has become just a shallow egocentric figure, i miss the strong character that he hid beneath the hedonistic facade of a modern artist....
they had to bring Lew Ashby to remind us (or remind Hank) that Hank once used to be cool. hank and Lew together could've given us at least two great seasons but they killed him. maybe should try a sci-fi twist with an alternate universe to bring them together

It was a sure thing Californication gets renewed. I admit that last season was weak, but this season was right on track and I have a feeling that next season will be great again.
