I know what you mean... got a lumpy throat myself
Been a huge fan of Superman since childhood and Smallville i believe has done such a good portrayal of him in his early years.
It is going to be a sad day when it finishes

Well , The episode wasn't bad , It's nice that they are building the story in a way that by the end of the season , Clark will no longer be the blur but he'll be Superman.
(to be honest , it's making me a bit sad to watch this show end , it's been a long time with us)

I also thought it was a great episode. EXTREMELY sad to see it go, been collecting superman comics for 22 years - seems like this will end a certain link that I have with the character - movies just dont cut it.
