Re: Being Human (US)

I started watching the show (11 episodes so far), partially because of Meaghan, and it's really good... and I'm surprised since SyFy are known mostly for 'syfy' aka crappy shows. tongue I like the humor and the drama (episode 1x09 about Bernie). The only thing I'd change is Aidan's vampire mood swings, but I see they took care of some of that in episode 1x11.

Re: Being Human (US)

I to recently started watching the show I stopped shortly into the second season though because of holidays and such. Was better than I thought, but not something I'm racing to get caught up on.

Re: Being Human (US)

i'm happy that this show got picked up for another season... especially after how the 2nd season ended.   Not too sure wut went on in the first episode though because that was a lot to take in, just hope'n they all get back together soon.

Re: Being Human (US)

I'm about half way through season 2 and I'm loving it. Sally is just adorable, the vampire storyline has gotten better and at the moment the werewolves storyline is the only one that's rather boring.

Re: Being Human (US)

how does this compare to the uk one?

Re: Being Human (US)

Less Nudity same season one storyline just stretched out over more episodes. Season two goes a different storytelling directions. It's fine

Re: Being Human (US)

Just finished watching season 2 and it was amazing. The last two episodes were quite a ride and the previous ones were great as well... I don't remember the last time I was so engaged with the storyline and surprised with the cliffhangers. smile

Re: Being Human (US)

Another very good season so far... I love Aidan's hunger storyline. And of course the Ghost Whisperer stuff. big_smile

Re: Being Human (US)

S03 is very interesting, cant's see where it's going from there.

I'll put ideas under the spoiler tag because if you haven't seen S03 you might not want to read it:

Spoiler

No more vampires? Will Aiden need to create new ones? Will Sally die or age or became a ghost again? And what about that witch (evil things to come)? And the fact that Josh is not a werewolf anymore is just wrong, I hope somebody screeches him again!

smile

Argh, they made another wonderful episode that makes you want to invent a time machine to skip ahead to next week. big_smile Can't wait to see what happens to Aidan and zombie Sally. big_smile

i know right ;-)

Re: Being Human (US)

Episode 3x11 seemed liked a filler before the season finale, but the "eat me" part was nice. smile And I thought that Aidan will put the boy out of his misery before he turns (or maybe they left that for 3x12?).

Re: Being Human (US)

I stopped watching anyway, so I'm not terribly upset. Something was off about this season. Repetitive?

Re: Being Human (US)

I still enjoy it. Only Josh's storyline seems to be going nowhere interesting, but the remaining ones are ok and Aidan's wife is nice to look at. smile

Re: Being Human (US)

It took me a while to watch the final episodes, but I'm glad I finally found the time. The finale was very very good and I didn't mind that they rushed Sally-Aidan relationship because of the cancellation. One of the best supernatural shows I've seen... I'm gonna miss this one.
