Anyone else was crushed when Sunil started crying? sad So good emotional acting.
(Or was it laughter? I can't say really, but I think it was crying). I love how the two cultures we see here, american and indian, kinda 'crush' into each other.

As for Frances, in this episode they developed her character quite nicely. We know now that she hates her career choice. Also there's so much anger in her. And mommy issues. Now I enjoy her storyline.
