Where as the next part doesn't give episode count

It's the same with The Daily Show and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.   I have watched a lot of episodes but not all of them - I don't even have them on my watched list.

Hi, I'm new here & noticed what I think is a small bug: In the 'Country for Streaming Services Availability' settings, 'Supported Countries:' appears at the top of the list. It is possible to select ''Supported Countries:' as your country.

Also, would it be possible to have the option of selecting multiple countries?

Hey jcmbn. It would not be possible to do that as the streaming availability "offers" are per country.

If we could select "all countries" which is effectively your first part of the question, or multiple countries - then there would be multiple links per show to stream and an overwhelming list of streaming services some shows are available on.

It would be an unusable mess.

How about a general genre filter? Like we already have for languages, but instead for genres like "Reality" and "Game Show"?

...and a question about the "Anime"-Filter. Does this only include japanese
style Anime, or does it also include any kind of animation (like Futurama etc.)?

What about changing it to "animation" with subcategories such as US, Japan, China, France, etc? Ask the users what countries their animation favorites come from.

Can we have an option to hide individual episodes? There are so many shows I don't ever want to see the specials/bonus episodes for but still want to track regular episodes without any noise.

If you didn't know, there's a setting in Settings > Sitewide to just ignore all specials, which you may or may not want to enable (I don't).

The way I solve this hiding/skipping issue is that because I don't use the Acquired Status for anything, I just pivoted to "Acquired = Skip" in my head, and choose to only see Not acquired.

So every time I want to skip an episode, I just mark it as Acquired, and it disappears. smile

I do sort of the opposite. If an episode is literally acquired or is on my streaming subscriptions, I mark it Acquired. When I watch it, I tick it Watched. If I skip it or otherwise not watch it - and because there is no Ignored/Missed box, Santah - I don't mark it Acquired and just mark it watched. So for instance, I have whole seasons of The Nature of Things as watched, but I know if I look at Manage Watched, I can see what I missed because they were never Acquired.

The result is the same as ArniVidar's though, I think.

Since specials continue to be an annoyance and don't seem to come with additional filterable information... could we at least have them more separated? Maybe instead of having them listed in their seasons, only have them as a separate "Specials" group/tab, with the season they belong to only as an info text next to the entry itself? That would at least allow for something like "mark all specials as watched".

It would also be nice to have the option to not show specials at all on a per-show basis. Site-wide only makes so much sense, given how different the nature of "specials" can be across shows. The global setting could then simply be the default.

Another thing that's also been brought up before is to have the ability to "ignore" episodes instead of marking them as watched. There's plenty of shows, be it late-night, telenovelas or other stuff like that where you won't want to watch 20 seasons of previous episodes. Having them show up as unwatched is just annoying, and marking them all as watched makes the "time spent watching" feature basically worthless from then on. Not sure whether specials are counted there.
