Two things...

• It's apparently impossible to use the"ignore this show" function of the "dicover other great shows" widget on mobile devices (web version). The button just doesn't seem to be there. This applies to both the regular mobile view and the "show desktop version" which many browsers allow these days.

• I've sort-of asked this before, but would it be possible to separate "show status" notifications from the regular site notifications in some way? It's kind of annoying to notice the blinking notification icon expecting to see a show cancellation, only to realize it's actually just a new feature announcement or something like that. Also, there's basically no backlog as far as I can tell, other than the default... 7 or so messages? Yes there's also still the email feature, but that feels kinda pointless. If you use a service specifically to tell you about what's going on with TV shows, why would you have to check an entire different service just to get its basic info? I still feel like this kind of info should be a major feature (i.e. selling point), rather than some minor option hidden away in the settings...

I like "From My Creators", but is there a way to remove a creator from this search without removing a show from my watchlist?

Also like "Recommended" but it isnt very helpful because all my low-rated shows are spamming the results...
Would be nice to have a filter, based on my own rating (e.g. only include shows i rated with 1+,2+,3+ or 4+ or 5+ stars)!

^^ yeah with premium that is, but still think it would be worth the effort. I think many users have these shows that they actually dont re4ally like but they are not that bad to drop them, and maby -like me- the want to give the next/2nd season a chance and keep those shows on the watchlist, but they really dont want anything else from those creators...
For example, i like to give "Superman & Lois" S04 a chance, because S03 was "watchable" like S01. Only S02 was unbearable. But now i get all these CW-Shows recommended...  which is really annoing
... and no - Premium is not an option ^^

That's less useful if you do still want to also get those other notifications. It's the fact that something I consider relevant information for the purpose of this site (show status changes) is only ever shoved through a generic info tray (or, again, optionally email, a different generic info tray) that is bothering me. Some dedicated info box somewhere might be nice. Then again, it is entirely possible I am alone with that opinion or use case. It's definitely nothing urgent.

Regardless, having this new option is probably also a good idea in general, so thanks for that.

Thank you for adding to this. I should, however, clarify that we are still talking about two slightly different things. What you are suggesting is the ability to filter potentially irrelevant information out. That is an important feature to have with any kind of inbox to avoid frustration. It's why the concept of a "spam filter" became normal.

My use case is a slightly different, and in a way kind of opposite one: being able to, at a glance, see if any of my shows changed status. Not being able to do so without having to open an inbox that can also contain all kinds of other (potentially also interesting) stuff is the problem. Literally just having a separate inbox (and notification icon), or just having a little info box on the dashboard or something would solve that one.

I love your second suggestion! Even when that info isn't available for all shows - but it is for most. Not sure about the asterisk... Maybe turn (a season finale) "1x8" into "1x8|"? Or (optionally?) color-code all x01 episodes green and all season finales blue? And also use the season finale color for "eps" entries? (Shows where all episodes are released on the same day.)
