Anyway, I'm done with this show. Season 1 was good to great, season 2 started great and ended terribly, and season 3 started where season 2 left off, picked up a bit towards the end (with Russel's fantastic TV appearance) and ended it absolute shit. I mean seriously.

Everyone acts like fucking lunatics, changing moods and allegiances left and right, Sam's story was horrible and totally out of character, Tara was just insane for most of the season and the Bill/Eric story had so many twists and turns (most of them in the last 15 minutes) that they lost all shock or surprise value. And don't get me started on Jason - he's usually the worst part of any episode, but this season his story has been abysmally bad. I mean indescribable. I was literally groaning every time he was on screen and did something retarded. In previous seasons his stupidity was at least offset by hot, bare-breasted women, but we didn't even get that this year.

I'm sorry for this rant, but I've had enough. True Blood used to be my guilty pleasure and now I can't even stand to watch this season's finale. The interesting premise just isn't strong enough to excuse all this laughable drama, soap opera and angst floating all around.

I'm with you guys. Weak ending and too much twists in the last minutes. I dunno who's who anymore and why they do the things they do. They have to straighten up many things.

But I'll stick around for a couple of seasons

i stayed with it the whole season right until the end... lets hope thats the end of it
