Daemons are benevolent or benign nature spirits, beings of the same nature as both mortals and gods, similar to ghosts, chthonic heroes, spirit guides, forces of nature or the gods themselves.

Nope - you'll have to wait until next week: Haven - 1x09 "As You Were" (Fr. 9/10/10 - 10:00 PM - SYFY)

Re: Haven
Does Syfy thinks its viewers are morons? Why wouldn't Audrey find it suspicious that her boss wants to arrest all weirdos at all costs? Or that he listens about their powers without showing any real emotions? The whole angle with making Audrey quit the FBI was sooo shallow and stupid. Makes me want to quit the show even if they make a second season.

Re: Haven
Yeah, the show is very uneven. There are some really good episodes and there are some really bad episodes which tell me to quit and find something better (look @ post 31 ). But I've stayed so far and we'll see after the Friday's finale is it worth waiting for season 2.

Re: Haven
To me, the better episodes are with people who are actually cursed, and have no control over it (eg, Consumed, which was truly amazing), as opposed to the ones where it's more like a power. I'm still really liking it overall, but it is definitely uneven.

Re: Haven
Dammit - since it got renewed I had to watch it - the first half of the series is crap - but it gets better to the end when it finally is kinda good and leaving us with a pretty good cliffhanger for season 2. Oh well - with my watchlist another show on top doesn't matter anymore

Re: Haven
well i finally watched this show in 1 night and i liked it. it was nothing special, but i enjoyed the x-filesh, fringeish and eurekaish atmosphere. the lead girl is hot and the season ending cliffhanger is also cool.

Re: Haven
Very nice season premiere. The plagues storyline was interesting (plus decent CGI) and once again we have a good cliffhanger.

Re: Haven
i have to admit i had completely forgotten what happened in season 1 so it was good they refreshed the memory in the beginning of season 2. this series is still so-so. it has potential, but it feel like they don't know how to make it work and at some points acting feels very weak. but since nothing to watch, i'll probably continue watching it.

Re: Haven
I watched season 1 a month ago and my problem with the show is the acting at times can get really bad. I like the real Audrey since she was in one of my favorite episodes of Flashpoint

Re: Haven
And a good second episode. The main storyline seems to be more interesting than last season. It was only sad to see Nathan having only a short time to enjoy the curse being lifted... but at last Audrey will have more chances to remind him how it is to feel.

Re: Haven
Nice guest stars this week... Edge & Jason Priestley. Too bad the episode was only mediocre and the CGI used during the opening sequence was HORRIBLE.

Re: Haven
The way I see it, it was way better than last weeks...last weeks still doesn't make any sense to me...the writing was terrible I know with sci-fi a certain level of disbelief is needed but the episode made no logical sense in any way shape or form. The guy can't leave because things he fixed doesn't want him to...and the real Audrey lose's her memory's just so they don't have to have the real Audrey on any more...could have saved time but just telling us her memory's weren't hers in the first place. Last episode was fine by Haven standards at least...revs story-line is boring though.

Re: Haven
Nothing special this week. And the 'shy boy too late to get the girl' angle was already done soooo many times in various shows... besides it's not that believable since it's only the second episode with Brody. Oh, and Twitter can go and fcuk itself.
