1x20 - Incursion (2) (Finale - spoilers)

What are you guys talking about? This was the first episode where i actually was entertained.
I hope the solution is good if so that i might be able to stand another season. I hope they are pressed into the ship further so that we might get to see some cool technology in the ship. I want Eli to find something that could save everyone that would be awesome. Maybe like a frozen Ancient or something like that would be nice, i really want an ancient to be a real part of the story. Ancient as in living not energy nonsense.

I HATE BLOODY CLIFFHANGERS! THEY DIDN'T BLOODY NEED TO GO THIS WAY, TOTALLY OVERDID. I like the show, I do care about most the characters and this kind of thing actually PISSES ME OFF!! As I was watching, and I could feel time running out on the episode I started going "please don't please don't, please don't, aaaaaahggh!" I get so frustrated by this that I cannot even assess the rest of the qualities and problems of the ep.

Actually I liked the way that one ended as it was rather obvious what would happen.  They would find two Kinos, one explaining what happened.  Go get the Snakes during the day and get back before the flair.

i'm gonna take you up on that one and say they're gonna do the same thing that they did with the midseason finale.they're gonna make a big deal,well they already did,and then there's just gonna be a quick and light resolution.
another thing,this sh#t really is boring.i get that you're not of a fan of the other(original) stargate shows but this is just the worst it could be.it's doing a really bad bsg,that's obvious,and it's doing an even worse sg.i'm not saying they should stick with a schtick but it is a new show,new teritory of the universe so it should be NEW stuff,meaning new tech,new race,new enemy,new friend,new frienemy etc. you get the idea.bringing in the lucian alliance for a stand-off season finale?the lucian alliance?and that eyecandy doomsday b!tch ain't making it any better eighter.

so you also want them to do the same old same old.
its not new if they just find new tech and new enemies and such, all of that has already been done (10 seasons of SG1 and 5 seasons of SGA, like i have previously mentioned)

and your just describing the "waves" of the show, every show has its peaks and low points (not necessary exciting and boring), but this show really gives new aspects to the world of stargate.

and i am a fan of sg1, not so much of sga, which i find really really predictable. this show, you never know what actually is going to happen next... an example: if SGU was like SGA, MathBoy would have found some new amazing tech from the front section of the ship, but becouse its new he just have to "push a button", but the suspence is marvelous...

and for comparing SGU to BSG, i just dont see it, it's also filmed with small handheld cameras but that's where the comparison ends imho. People stuck in a spaceship been done again and again since the 1960's....

if you dont like the show, dont watch it. imho this is a step up, toward more serious scifi - 'couse lets face it; sheppard from SGA and that other guy from SG1 just weren't funny, so why try again and again something that just does not work... (MacGyver - he was hilarius)

I liked this episode... but I do really hope that someone dies. Not Johansen though!

I thought the episode was pretty good aside from the fact that it was a cliffhanger. I have a love/hate relationship with cliffhangers

Greer and Scott probably made it IMO. Lou Diamond Phillips is totally dead. As for Col. Young and the others with him, they'll probably have an awesome fight once the lights go out and get out of there with minimal casualties. jus sayin'

I hope johannsen and her baby dies, chloe should bleed out and young (refusing to kneel down) should be beaten down and shot. Then we can have Rush taking control, Eli free of his burden (and the rest of us would be free of Chloe, too - remember when she was a "lawyer"? ..) to help with awesome tech, and the whole babystory with Young and the medic would be out of the way. If the baby comes to the world and they start making eps centring the baby
