So the app isn't tracking Grey's Anatomy because I wasn't tracking it before I linked my account?

No - Grey's Anatomy should be shown in the app too - unless you marked all episodes as watched.
The App is simply ignoring the "stop tracking" feature.

I just realized that Grey's Anatomy isn't in my watchlist anymore. When it was, I Stopped Tracking it. So "Grey's Anatomy" still shows up in my "Show's you're not tracking" on the "stuff to watch" page.
Guess I was getting confused because I'm currently not tracking 2 shows as it says in the stuff to watch page. But only one of them was showing up on my iPhone. Turns out that was because only one of those was currently in my watchlist.

Ah well - yep - that's a well known bug in the stuff to watch feature. But absolutely not important to the iPhone App

Will you guys be happy if I just made it so that the no tracking shows episodes are completely ignored by the app's stuff to watch, and you have to start tracking them from the site in order to have them re-appear in the app?

Nice catch. I should fix this.
Thing is, when you search for V, it searches for each series that has the letter V in it, and sorts them alphabetically.
Normally, V would be near the end of this list. Unfortunately, I'm limiting this list to the first 50 or something results, so you can't see it.
A workaround will be to search for Surface, and on it's details page, on the "Similar:" section, you'll see V - click on it, and then you can add it to the list.
Let me know if that worked for you.

Yes! That worked like a charm, thanks a bunch! Now I am 100% happy
On a slightly different note, I must admit I've tried quite a lot of apps similar to Next Episode, but this one is hands down the best. The only thing I can think of that may be missing is push notifications when new episodes of my shows are starting to air. But that is more of a "would be nice to have" than a "must have" feature.

When I was on the road the last few days, the cellular reception was sometimes very bad. Whenever I tried to use the app, especially the Calendar section, I got 3 error messages, that the information can't be loaded.
There should be only one message, or the app should save the already loaded information and only give one warning, that no new information can be loaded. I'm not quite sure, what I would prefer.

I curious about what impact the iPhone app has had on the website traffic. Care to share any details Santah?
How many times has the app been downloaded.
Does refreshing data on the app count as traffic to the website?
Have visits to the site increased or decreased since the app was launched?
I'm just curious to whether people that discovered the site through the app only use the app or if they now visit the site from their browser.
Having started my own blog its interesting to look at data regarding hits etc but feel free to tell me to mind my own business if you don't want to share for whatever reason

No, it's cool, but there isn't really much connection between the site and the app, other than people visiting the site learn about the app and hopefully buy it.
If you don't know about the site, but get the app from the store, there is almost no way to learn about the site (only if you for some reason decide to google it).
So site stats have not been much affected by the release of the app. And, as it's a paid app, it ain't downloaded that much, while the site gets thousands of users per day, so it's 2 different worlds.

in an update of the app there could be a button which links to the forums or so or maybe also a free version with ads (and /or with less funktions)

Quick idea for a small update: Badge for the icon "Stuff to watch" in the App with the number of unwatched episodes and perhaps an option to also show this badge on the App icon.
Additionally: Option to show a Badge on the App icon with the number of aired episodes today.

I have a problem with the app. Well, not a problem really, just an annoyance. The app shows Camelot S01E10 and Warehouse 13 S03E02 and 03 as airing on Jan1 1970. And they are therefore shown on my Stuff to Watch. The funny thing is they don't show up on the site in Stuff to Watch. A filtering issue maybe? Could you, pretty please, filter them out of the app's list as well?
Also, any news on the iPad app?
