Hm, I thought SG-1 was better then Atlantis this time

Although it was too much of a "Thor's Hammer" like episode for me (SG-1), I didn't like the way the almighty ancients were so easily overtaken by the not-so-cool-anymore replicators. (Atlantis). But then again O'Nill was in it, so let's call it even

Also is it just me, or Ba'al is getting cooler by the episode?

Well I thought SG1 was pretty dam good even though Atlantis was a little better they were both great episodes and we all should be gettting behind SG1 so it doesnt get cancelled!!!!!!

Ten seasons is enough, I'm sorry to say the show just isn't the same without Richard Dean Anderson, even with the edition of Ben Browder, the writing has just gone down the hill.

Well, I just saw episode s3e11 of Atlantis, and this is weird because according to next-episode, this episode will not air in another 3 months.... Is it possible for someone to explain this to me? ( I downloaded the ep from the net)

Very predictable, they end up with fully powered up zpm's. they destroy the stardrive, so that they can move about the galaxy. All the all powerful ancients are dead, yet the 2 earthlings survive. They introduce living ancients, which was a great way to introduce many new story lines, then kill them off.
Was hoping for better storylines than what has happened to SG1.

I can't wait to see them kick some Wraith ass, but I bet Rodney will manage to drain all the power before that happens, silly man.

well, this seems as good a place as any... i think my, ahem, 'distaste' for sg-1 is pretty well documented, the stoopid thing being, in cutting myself of from watching this one i also threw Atlantis in that mix... so when a [non-net-functioning] friend pointed out to me that season 4 of Atlantis was coming to an end and broadcast tv here had still failed to start season 3 and maybe i should download it, i thought i would give it a spin... so here i am 14 days in and just finished watching 4x01, and i think it's pretty safe to say i'm hooked, well and truly... and for all the obvious reasons.. great characterisations, awesome plots, NO gaping plot holes... shall i go on?... nope, cos i'm off to watch 4x02...
