Topic: the son of zeus is back on tv

hey guys,

did anyone of you already noticed that Jamie Bamber aka Lee "Apollo" Adama has taken over a mainrole in Law & Order UK?

did somebody watch perhapsed already an episode? is it watchable? smile

i only watch sometimes the original Law & Order but none of the spin-offs

Tahmoh Penikett (Halo) was just casted in the lead role of Matt Ellman in the Syfy's four-hour long TV adaptation of Riverworld.

i realised yesterday that law and order UK is already in it`s 2nd season smile

and it`s pretty hard for me to understand a show where everybody is speaking with an english dialect smile

You're from Germany - so you should be able to understand GB-English, since it tought in school tongue

you are right i should understand this easily... if they didn`t talk with any sort of dialect i would unterstand it without any problems but unfortunatly nearly everyone in this show speaks with one

That's the beauty of it - you have all these different people with different dialects. The dubbed version is flat and boring.

most of them are... but the most awful are comedyshows ... i nearly puked when i saw the first time himym in german

edit: the sad thing to is that alot of the acting skill is lost to in dubbed versions
