it was an awesome episode. i had quite a while chills after that episode.
but i was dissapointed that Greystone didn't beat the living crap out of his wife after her statement she made on the memorial.

Well... I think that it was quite reasonable. That almost-bald agent was feeding her with information that her daughter was involved with bombing, had a boyfriend that was a terrorist... and she finally got a prof from Stark's mother so she just fall into pieces. Some people weep at that time, some people moan, cry and tear their clothes off. She had to yell that out.

Now that I rewatched the second episode (I was capturing frame's, to make new LiveJournal icons), I don't see that it was so stupid. I mean, I always believed that lost of a child is the biggest surrow. She not only lost her daughter, but also found out that she didn't know nothing about her. And seeing that symbol was Zoe's... she just snaped.
Truly genius.

Seriously? That's exactly what would happen! It's plain stupid for sure but very realistic. People don't think when they are mourning.

I on the other hand love the show, and don't really get BSG.
I tried to watch it, and have made it through the miniseries and the first five episodes, but I feel no urge to keep on watching.
Is there something wrong with me?

At the event, EVERYONE lost someone, they're in grief, sad etc. Then Amanda Graystone, from the famous Graystone family, says that her daughter was responsible for the death of their loved ones. Of course they will freak out, 'specially that humans in group don't think, but follow their instincs. It takes one person in a crowd to unleash hell.
