i like it because its (apart from TBBT) its the only comedy I watch... any recommendations for others/better ones?

I would suggest Community, it's very funny and easy to watch but is definately not better than HIMYM or TBBT. K suggested it and I obeyed 
I guess there is too much drama and crime on air. Chuck is the only show I know which combines also the comedy genre.

I'd say kind of friendsy in the sense that they are all friends in their study group. I love Community, it is HILARIOUS. Abed and Troy crack me up all the time.

Just saw the pilot... Really didn't like it very much. However, pilots aren't always great anyway so I guess I'll give it a couple more eps before I conclude...

I rewatched the first 14 episodes over the weekend, and it still makes me literally laugh out loud, so definitely give it a chance.

Well, for one thing, I hated Arrested Development, and I recall K liking it a lot... put doubts in my mind.. scary!
But, I will try a maximum of six eps... if the rest of them are anything like the pilot... then, I think id rather pull out my eyes than watch another few eps of it.

i loved "dharma and greg", which is also from the same producers than TBBT, but long gone. new shows i like are "accidentally on purpose" and of course "modern family". that show is pretty awesome!
