i´m still amazed how many deaths its in this show, fells like they are kiling someone off in every episode.

Makes it a lot better then True Blood in some regards, aside from the tits in True Blood I think this show beats it when it comes to story telling

Season three opens the door to learn more about Klaus and The Original Family as his motives for wanting Stefan on his side are finally revealed. As Stefan sinks deeper into the dark side, Damon and Elena struggle with the guilt of their growing bond even as they work together to bring Stefan back from the edge. The ghosts from Jeremy’s past have a powerful message they’re trying to deliver to him, not to mention the impact they’re having on his relationship with Bonnie. I downloaded this a few months ago and started watching it last week, I enjoyed the first few episodes and then got hooked. I blitzed it all out this weekend just gone 
One of my current favorite tv shows.. I really enjoyed it. It felt like a great long movie.
I'm surprised it's not in the active and hot section!

The first eps may give you that impression but if you stick with it it gets so great.

I'm rather a big fan of vampire shows (Buffy, Angel, Blood Ties, Moonlight, True Blood or even Blade), but I couldn't stand VD after seeing about five episodes. Checked it a while back when Lauren Cohan started guest starring, but it didn't change my negative opinion.

Well season 2 was so fun. I gotta admit first season I wasn't so thrilled with it either ( mostly watching because of a girl) But after that it got great. Of course there are some annoying characters but the show it's great so I got over that.

It doesn't help that the first 5 episodes of the show are the worst...I almost stopped watching it after I finished episode 5 but I was extremely bored one weekend and kept at it, it gets better as the show goes on. It's not Buffy or Angel but it doesn't try to be, and at time it's a lot better than True Blood, but at the same time it's not for everyone.

Episode was alright, but that was the first and last time I watch it live...well unless I get a Nelsons box some day...but commercial every 2mins got old fast.
Started re-watching the show last night and today and the beginning wasn't has bad as I thought it was the first time threw maybe cause I knew everything already...and might need to continue cause I have no idea why at the end of the episode the Wolf guys Mom took out Caroline.

yep the vampire diaries is great and the people who don't watch it coz they think it's twilight on tv, just miss out.
