It's nice to see Karen back smile

I laughed almost at every bit, but that's probably because I watched it directly after two eps of Eureka and I'm in the "everything makes me laugh" zone big_smile

Re: 3x06

below average episode IMO.. This episode had so much potential left untapped. Boring most of the time

Re: 3x06

Get rid of Karen and let Hank be Hank.

The show is so much better without her

If someone wonders, what song is playing at the end. It's a cover from Cheap Trick's I want you to want me. I like it a lot. It's Damhnait Doyle with I want you to want me.

Re: 3x06

I agree that the past two episodes were kind of weak. Episode 5 felt very much like a filler, but then episode 6 did not deliver on the promise of "resource conflict" between Karen and all the new girls in Hank's life. While I enjoyed the tender moments between Hank and Karen - showing how much he has grown, relationship-wise in the mean time - him alone was definitely more fun. But then again Kathleen Turner ... OMG, as old, fat, and ugly as she has gotten, her role is killing me every time. Her pretend sex with Runkel was clearly the highlight of this ep.

P.S.: Speaking of music ... What the hell is up with all the tender, piano-only cover versions of Cheap Trick's songs that seem to be the newest fad in Hollywood. First How I Met Your Mother's use of Jon Brion's brilliant Voices rendition and now Damhnait Doyle with I Want You To Want Me.
