For me: deep, profound and thought-provoking. For those who are looking for something new - you will not find it in the Plan. There is also no "action" here. No bang-bangs and boom-booms. Mainly conversation with the exception of the Assault on the colonies at the beginning.
The movie is for those of you, who liked the show not for its superb sfx. It's totally different from Razor in that respect.
In sum, the Plan delivers a new perspective. Not a mind blowing one, just a different one. And in my opinion it does another thing pretty well - it answers a few "why-s", the main of which being "why did the cylons have a change of heart".
IMHO its a good wrap up of BSG.

Just as mlin said - it was retelling the whole story from the Cylons' point of view. It mainly shows Cavil/John (since The Plan was really his) and how he pushed other Cylons towards the goal. Some gaps in the story were also filled e.g. Boomer's sabotage background, more info about Simon (Number Four) and Sam.
That's why it is for those who after watching the whole series were wondering why Cylons behaved the way they did.
I wonder why D'Anna didn't get her story shown in The Plan? Just curious...

All the actors playing Cylons have been confirmed for the movie, except Lucy Lawless.
Got it in HD, now I don't know will I watch it or play L4D with my friends.

well watched the Plan. wasn't great, but worth watching. now we know almost everything there is to know about BSG. i think they cover now almost all the unanswered questions. afaik.

I just feel sorry for all the people who will watch this movie before they watch BSG... it will so ruin the whole show for them...
Let me rephrase that, I'm going to recommend this movie to everyone who might like BSG but haven't seen it... I'm going to tell them to start with watching this movie
