Not here. Of course there are small areas that don't look like it, but mostly is the same as it used to be.
And I'm talkin' about people, not buldings ofc.

i agree on poles got it hard. so did we. soo many people were sent to siberia or killed or forced to flee their homes.
acording to wikipedia, 4.5% of population (51 000) were killed during the war. but i know that over 100 000 were sent to siberia and that same amount fled their homes to abroad.
Edit. ok i was a little wrong. Total deaths from 1940-53 due the war and the Soviet occupation were 81,740 (8% of the population).[96,Table 2] Not included in these figures are 102,000 persons who fled the country and became refugees. so close to 20% of our population. for a small nation (1.1 million) 20% is awefully lot. and not to mention after the was so many russians were brought here to work. and they stayed and lived here.

that was just my personal guessing, because i know we got it hard, just i have thought that Poland prolly got it a lot harder, specially because WWII started pretty much in that country.

Daemons are benevolent or benign nature spirits, beings of the same nature as both mortals and gods, similar to ghosts, chthonic heroes, spirit guides, forces of nature or the gods themselves.
Re: webcomics
Most of the computer technicians in Finland are from Sweden.
"Perkele" is the most common swearword in Finland. In this case, the only word Finland can (or will) say, and he only say it on very special occasions. I’d sleep with one eye open tonight Sweden...
And it’s probably best you don’t ask what Denmark and Norway are up to. If Sweden isn’t with them and is willing to talk to Finland, it can’t be good. XD

Once you have to explain a joke, particularly in such detail, it no longer continues to be funny.

Re: webcomics
yeah, there's always good stuff to get from finland (because they are kind a rich or something, and when something is broken, they get a new one, even if old one is easy to fix)
i know a guy who got a lawnmower tractor from finland because he fixed it, and owner said, you fixed it, you can have it. and all what he did: turned one spark plug fully in.

"this game is a decade old"
But people still play it. That's why they patch it. Just like Starcraft.
