Tardis would be bigger inside than ATLANTIS, easier to hide from anyone... and you can freakin travel anywhere in time and/or space....

I was going with Tardis until, I realized my Atlantis came with a full compliment of Zero Point Modules and a hanger full of Puddlejumpers.

The tardis is probably the obvious choice, but you have to remember, the Ancients also had the capacity to travel trough time...
And why are so many choosing the DeLorean? The tardis has all its functions and so much more!

TARDIS... I'd fix it (the chameleon circuit, if my memory remembers correctly) so you could change what it looks like (like it's supposed to do), and then you'd be able to travel through time and space in anything you wanted. (Even Atlantis, but be even bigger! )

I would pick atlantis if i get all the ships in atlantis are included.
I remember a peddle jumper like ship in SG1 a Atlantian ship witch can travel in time so if that one would be included in Atlantis i would pick Atlantis. But if not i think the Tardis or A Asgard warship. The Asgard warship can slow down time and is well armed, the tardis can travel in time and can go anywhere but have no guns. So it depends on witch universe im in i guess.

I pick Atlantis because with all the gear the ancients left behind - with all those rooms in the city being unexplored, anything could be left lying around - hell the Tardis and a DeLorean might be in there - it is unlikely but anything could happen with ancient technology.
I would pick the Serenity if you could have just 1 crew member, although my ass would be kicked every time i put the moves on her - it is worth the risk though!
