it's usually fast, i think the slow times are more the fault of my ISP rather than the site

my suggestion, write a tool that enables users to auto ping themselves, and then we can compare ping times.

right now (no dowlnloads or anything) on a 1/1Mbit connection i get 1 - 1,5 sec loading time (more or less constant). The only exception i noticed so far is if i enter the address in the top of the browser (that gets up to 2 sec). BTW i was actually supprised it only takes 1 sec - blazing speed in action (for me at least)

Im not on a superfast connection, its below average in sweden i think. I have a 24mbit connection shared with five other computers where off 3 of these download often. I think the average speed on my laptop is about 4-6mbit. I load the index page in 1 sec no problem. Your site is great. I hate when sites have much going on, on the index page.

This site http://www.ubasics.com/dighole/ told me I'd end up just a little south-east of New Zealand
