Sometimes I drink ½litre of energy drink, usually 1 cup of coffee at the evening with the missus.

You drink coffee in the evening? How do you sleep? I tend to take most of my caffeine through all the diet coke I drink, but I try not to have any after about 6pm.

i don't do caffeine, very rarely i drink energy drinks containing it, but that's usually in case of emergency like OMG OMG OMG tomorrow is exam and i haven't learned anything yet

Tea. Hate coffee :-/ Only drink red bull when I have it with spirits... The morning hangover is never nice!

Yeah I can't drink red bull on it's own - I love it, but it makes me feel sick. But it's lovely with vodka! Mmmm...
And I'm with you on the coffee, Halo - blech!!! Give me a nice cuppa any day.

used to be coke and pepsi. before that I was avoiding caffeine cause I was talking supplements that caffeine wouldve been counterproductive to. these days I try to acoid coke and shit ... so my caffeine intake is limited to the steam of piping hot coffee of people I walk by.

I get my caffeine from Coke and Pepsi. I try not to drink it but I'm addicted. Anyone know how to stop?

Yes, try Heroin, it pretty much will remove your addiction to anything else.

BB I was the same back in the days that I drank instant coffee, however now I'm a coffee snob At home it's fresh ground beans each day and stove Perk'd. At work I get the barista made machine variety.
My palette wont let me do instant any more
I also do the whole family block of chocolate & coffee in one sitting more often than not (feel sick after) 
I sleep through most or all of these

the problem is you cant have it every once in a while (thatll just leaqd to drinking it all the time) so you gotta make a decision ... dont care about it, and just continue drinking it, or let it go for good. with coke and pepsi consume theres no half way to go

Mostly pills before training. some with creatine, some pure caffeine.
too lazy to make my own coffee, but if someone else makes it, i can easily drink 10-20 cups a day
