Topic: Favourite animation?
One thing I love about animation these days - they make them for adults too!! I'm 31, but I still love a good cartoon. I've chosen a selection vaguely comperable to each other. I'm sure there are a lot of fans of the anime variety, but unfortunately I'm not familiar enough to create a decent poll. But I know which one I'm going to vote for, how about you?

For a laugh, try "God, The Devil and Bob."
DRM "manages access" in the same way that Prison "manages freedom". http://xkcd.com/488/

Re: Favourite animation?
I haven't heard of either of those, but thanks for the heads-up - I'll have to look into them.

Of these i like southpark best. But my all time favorite animated show is Aquateen hunger force. It should have been in the poll. It is the best.

Re: Favourite animation?
The Simpsons has gone down and down hill I think. I voted Family Guy basically because of the bull-frog incident in this series. It's a classic example of the genius. I do think American Dad! is good too, but just not of the same class.

Hard to choose between Family Guy and South Park, but I chose FG.
...where did I put that rat's ass I could give?
Daemons are benevolent or benign nature spirits, beings of the same nature as both mortals and gods, similar to ghosts, chthonic heroes, spirit guides, forces of nature or the gods themselves.

Re: Favourite animation?
I've never actually watched any America Dad, InaFina. I always kind of saw it (without evidence mind you) as a Family Guy ripoff. Is it good though?

Re: Favourite animation?
I had to go with the Simpsons for all the years of great entertainment. All the candidates are great show though. I wonder if people from other parts of the world realize just how realistic the Hank Hill character is. He is so absolutely typical of the average Dallas Texas suburban resident.

IMHO it can't be a ripoff for it is from the same creator, just as Futurama is from the creator of The Simpsons. (just my 2 cents)

Re: Favourite animation?
Yea, Seth McFarlane makes both Family Guy and American Dad. Personally, I'd say Family Guy is the better one. American Dad has it's moments tho. It's a must try.

Re: Favourite animation?
Yeah, I knew they were both from Seth McFarlane. But at least The Simpsons and Futurama have very different concepts. Family Guy and American Dad seem so similar.

Yea, they kinda are. A plus here is, that if you love the one, you'll at least *like* the other. That's something.

dude, this is completely separte and different issue. I still think KoQ is the number one show, only my position on that 70s show has changed - what you did tho ... betraying south park for some fuckin geek shows like american dad and family guy. Thats just .... never in my life was I so diappointed. Remember what they were planing on doing with Tony on 24 when he was committing high treason? Booooo santah ... boooo
