Bahuh?  Since when is River more powerful than Buffy?  Buffy has a supernatural strength, River just has mad skillz.  I think Buffy would win in that fight.

Buffy but I actually think Faith (was that her name? the other hot slayer) was a better ass-kicker.

Claudia Black all the way. I mean SMG (Buffy) is not even in the race, its like comparing apple to a fruit noonce´s  even heard of.  Yeah she battle with monsters, sure. But to battle with an advanced alien race like the peacekeepers. Aeryn is really the number one. Number two is either
Teyla (Atlantis) or like Xev from Lexx.

But it depends on the setting. Short distance Xev would take them all because of the lizard thing. Long distance Aeryn she knows how to handle a gun well. Or Supergirl/Ursa they would win. Supergirl would win everything if they were on earth or some other planet with a yellow sun. And yellow suns are common.

Buffy has supernatural strength indeed; River on the other hand can kill you with her brain : doesn't look like a fair fight to me... Also as has been proven many times in BTVS, Buffy extensively relies on the scooby gang to get the upper hand. In Serenity, River dispenses with the reavers alone and in a matter of seconds. Also, she's a mind reader which kind of comes in handy when involved in serious ass kicking action.

I'll have to go for Sydney. Not only is she able to kick the ass of anyone, she can do it in a different outfit each night. Wow. THAT is a real ass-kicking babe!

Oh its all about River!! Buffy wouldn't stand a chance, what with Rivers mind reading thing she has going on!

I did consider including Illyria, and while she is awesome, I had to disqualify her on the account that she killed Fred, and I can never forgive her for that! 

I couldn't stand Dark Angel, so I must admit I just ignored it completely, and since I included River from Firefly I decided not to include Cameron in case it split the Summer Glau fan vote.
