I see that the thread is dead... again... so maybe some new ideas will help? For instance, what do you think of a poll for the MOST ORIGINAL (not the best directed or with the best music) tv show intro... Outer Limits opening would be my top pick - it's still mindfucking as hell. smile As for other candidates, Lost had a cool, short intro and of course we have Dexter. smile

actually don't almost every show try to do outstanding intro, different from others.. the list would be very big.
i would add: Eureka, Chuck, Archer, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, The IT Crowd, Doctor Who
