couple of thoughts ... superman is dead and before that he was in a wheelchair whateveeeer .... batman is a male whore, at least superman had louise lane who he is faithful to, batman pretty much fucks everything with at least a leg and thats a huge negative in my book ... that fuckin whore.
then again, he has made quite the transformation from that poor little gay dude in the 60s and this tough son of of bitch hes been in batman begins.
still, I would kick both their asses at the same time under the unified rules of mixed martial arts ... no kicks to the head of a grounded opponent (superman, batman in that case) no elbows to the back of the head and certainly and no knees to the face unless the op is reeeeeeeeeeally ugly.

Superman doesn't have to work, he does it anyway. And he's not broke, he is one of Metropolis most famous and successful reporters... And if Batman would resort to buying the planet, he would be more like Lex Luthor, and superman always win there....

First of all, get your facts straight. Clark Kent is a reporter (and a successful one at that), not a photojournalist. And second of all, he doesn't need money the way Bruce Wayne does. Bruce Wayne is a spoiled brat, who has to resort to gadgets to get anywhere in the superhero world. All Superman has to do is show up and kick ass!

As you know, l'm quite keen on comic books. Especially the ones about superheroes. I find the whole mythology surrounding superheroes fascinating. Take my favorite superhero, Superman. Not a great comic book. Not particularly well-drawn. But the mythology... The mythology is not only great, it's unique. Now, a staple of the superhero mythology is, there's the superhero and there's the alter ego. Batman is actually Bruce Wayne, Spider-Man is actually Peter Parker. When that character wakes up in the morning, he's Peter Parker. He has to put on a costume to become Spider-Man. And it is in that characteristic Superman stands alone. Superman didn't become Superman. Superman was born Superman. When Superman wakes up in the morning, he's Superman. His alter ego is Clark Kent. His outfit with the big red "S", that's the blanket he was wrapped in as a baby when the Kents found him. Those are his clothes. What Kent wears - the glasses, the business suit - that's the costume. That's the costume Superman wears to blend in with us. Clark Kent is how Superman views us. And what are the characteristics of Clark Kent. He's weak... he's unsure of himself... he's a coward. Clark Kent is Superman's critique on the whole human race. Sorta like Beatrix Kiddo and Mrs. Tommy Plimpton.
