Re: Terminator - Official thread of Awesome and Robots from the Future
The mystery about Glau-terminator is interesting.. does she perhaps have some kinds of feelings for Connor? Or is she just the new Arnold?

Hell yeh! Its good to see her back on the screen. @ the skull thing. Maybe it has a living tissue brain or something.. they'll probably tell us when they discover the robot followed them through... 28 2008-01-21 11:34:18 (edited by Andy_Soooon 2008-01-21 11:35:43)Re: Terminator - Official thread of Awesome and Robots from the FutureIm finding it quite easy to look past the unrealistic features and im quite enjoying this new series, well the first to episodes. The most unreal thing for me, apart from the time travel, is how terminators in some instances are super strong and in other instances just normal humans. For example, pulling down a bank safe door takes massive strength, something capable of that power would have a massive mass. Cameron seems to be able to counter him well so we can come to the conclusion shes of similar strength, yet john and sarah managed to pick her up and chuck her out of a window, not to mention sarah hitting her in the face at the old mans house. Would be like hitting a steel girder, she would have broken every bone in her hand. Anyway, its good . 29 2008-01-21 12:39:51 (edited by theConundrumm 2008-01-21 12:40:49)Re: Terminator - Official thread of Awesome and Robots from the FutureAndy_Soooon wrote:

Re: Terminator - Official thread of Awesome and Robots from the FutureDoesn't bogart mean like rich in Bosnia? Re: Terminator - Official thread of Awesome and Robots from the FutureMxyzptlk wrote:
possibly, haven't heard the Bosnia reference before, and lol, yeah, greatest fear, but i was going with the 'to hog, not let anybody else have any' definition... it's, in my understanding, a drug culture thing that has moved into popular slang... often used when smoking a joint, and one person 'bogarts' it... came about due to the fact that Humphrey Bogart always had a cigarette dangling from his mouth... i'm going to eat your brains and gain your memories...

Re: Terminator - Official thread of Awesome and Robots from the FutureThe Angel episode is called Waiting wings or something like that... Re: Terminator - Official thread of Awesome and Robots from the Futureah, yeah... "waiting in the wings"... thanks, was driving me a little nutty, but not enough to make me dig out the dvd's and find out for myself... "objects in space" is indeed the episode with early, the bounty hunter... visual poetry if ever i did see it... and now it looks like i'm about to lose the next 12 hours doing a firefly/serenity marathon... [and in doing so will be pushing aside sweney todd... wtf???] i'm going to eat your brains and gain your memories...
