Possibility of Service and Viewer Profile Editing/Notes

Sometimes the Episodes will show one streaming service, but my husband and are watching it on another. Also, the app will show "ABC, Crime and Investigation, FXX, etc.," but we actually watch it on Hulu, Paramount+, etc. In addition, we watch some shows on one profile, and others on the other person's profile. It would be nice to edit or add notes on the My Shows or Episodes to show exactly which streaming service and whose profile we are using to watch a show?
