Topic: app purchase problem

hello
i purchased a pro upgrade from google play store. but when i connect on my account i see that i'm not a pro member on both the app and the website and this message is displayed on the settings : (You are not a Premium Member.
Check out the great features Premium gives you and try it out for free.)

Hey there.

The app Pro Upgrade, which is a small one time payment that removes the ads and gives some features on the app is different from the website Premium membership, which is a (also not expensive) subscription that unlocks a ton more functionality on the website.

sorry i'm new here and  i didn't know that .. i already asked for a refund on google play store. but  i think i'll keep the app pro upgrade for now and purchase the premium account later , so  if they contact you please tell them that we solved the problem. unless there is a way to cancel this request.

They will not contact me and will simply refund your payment most likely. I'm not sure if you can cancel it. If you want you can submit a second request and write in it that you want your refund request cancelled I guess.
