Topic: Registered in iPhone app - LOST all my shows

I went to Settings > Account and registered a new account. There was a message in the registration screen saying that all my shows that I currently track would be merged into my account

As soon as I registered and logged in... everything vanished

I've been using the app for years and had about 150+ shows in there plus lots of tracking data - please tell me this can be recovered somehow?

The message in the iPhone registration screen says this:

When you register for a new account, all your current data (My Shows, watched episodes, settings) will carry over there and you'll be able to access it on multiple devices...

I really hope I haven't just lost all that data

Ok I found out what happened and restored all your old data to your new account.

You may need to logout / log back in.

Let me know if all is good now!

Hello, same problem here. Tried to merged into a new phone (android). lost all data. Failed also when I tried to log in or out or restart. can you help? thanks

Ok so, I can see that you have many shows in your account (with username bigshoes).

Did you just add all these shows?

I can see another (unregistered) user that used the Android app with your IP with very similar number of shows and date of registration.

I can switch your other data to the bigshoes account, but I suspect you already added everything back to your current account?
