Trailer looks goooooood!  Apple TV+ produced/ ordered several great shows, I hope this'll be another one.

Unbearably slow; 101, 102, and 103. I just don't care at all. Let me know if you liked it, what aspects, and how it kept you interested. I'd rather watch fire log on the hotel lobby channel.

I've watched 1x01 and totally enjoyed it.

I like that so far there have been mostly only hints, building up this "Oh, shit, something nasty is about to happen soon!" feeling. The acting is good, looking forward to the rest of the show! It doesn't seem to be a show for impatient folks.

ah now I can not mention signs. ateast Signs only had one sub story. This has too many. It wins the "diversity" rating ok - white/black/asian/arab or hispanic/oap/young/lesbian,straight. ▼Spoiler The only alien we see is the tripod from "War of the Worlds" for a few secs & the meteorites. I can not help but feel they thought how to make x episdoes with cheap actors using as little expensive cgi as possible. The suspence is killing me I wish the aliens would. just imagine had they only made one eps available then next week then next week. lol

I just noticed this has just 10 episodes. Its crazy to go at such a slow pace. I bet we only really get to see the aliens at eps 10. Now I have started watching I will finish but....

I think this is great, quality TV. Sure i always have issues with the writing these days and this show also has some dumb things but much of it is also really good. I have always enjoyed slow pace, i was afraid this show would have been some brainless action thing, but it is something else completely. Really enjoyable.

Hahaha... OMG get out of my brain... hahaha... it's even slow at twice the speed, that says it all... it was like the folks making this thought they were making an indy movie with the Cohen Bros not a Sci-Fi TV series. Not that the two can't ever meet, this however is NOT the way. On top of the glacial pace these characters are all pretty uninteresting and I really wanted to like so many of these characters. I was disparate for something to grasp onto to enjoy about this series. As much as I hate those formulaic save the cat moments, I would've killed for someone truly to care about-someone whose path through this invasion might be enjoyable to follow... that being said I might give it a few more Eps, just for shits and giggles

Haha, "glacial pace"; funny and apt! I tend to enjoy ufology in it's many forms, but the premise, characters, and pacing are just too dull for me to invest any time with this; I gotta enjoy the ride. If people like dofus were somehow expecting an unlikeable brainless action show, but got this pointless slow burner instead, I can see how that would be surprising to the point of being interesting, lolz; I was not expecting that from the trailer though. If you want a good alien show, just watch Resident Alien instead, or even Ancient Aliens.

in a way we have not been mislead. The blurb says it is about how various people respond to the alien invasion. That is what we are getting. It could though have been about any world wide event? or even Elvis dieing?

Actually a story about where everyone was when Elvis died sounds a lot more interesting that this show

I just started watching today, the first 2-3eps are a bit slow, but aint that bad. let it build up! Now i regret that i started watching this before all Eps are out! This is good stuff, the japanese line is super interesting

I've enjoyed watching 1x6 for its suspense and increased alien activity. Yay! I didn't like 1x6 for the characters' UNBELIEVABLE amount of stupid decisions! COME ON! Their use of music (to enhance the suspense) though... perfect!
