Topic: "Add to watchlist" fails - show can't be added

"Add to watchlist" fails for https://next-episode.net/star-trek-strange-new-worlds (and I thought I had added it already). Adding it and then reloading the page reveals that the show was not added - having a deja vu moment with this issue, but can't find the previous thread.

I've tested it with a different, random show - no problem there.
