I agree with you.
I have a problem with a show that is doing well ending. If they keep the same writers and story lines going. Who knows where this could have gone.
I mean look at The Simpsons, Family Guy. Those shows compared to Lower Decks are crap. But they do have their own place in things.
Maybe its time to power watch the entire thing, see what I missed and put it down for good.
One last hurrah.
Hahahah... I just re-watched it all myself... it was fun!
I found a lot more connections than I remembered and also didn't recall that T' Lyn was introduced in one-off eps back in S2 & 3 but she wouldn't arrive on the Cerritos until S4... She was so well woven into the ensemble by the end, it felt like she had been there much longer.
I remember at first I wasn't so sure about Lower Decks but it ended up being just so much fun as well as so well anchored in the ideas of the Trekverse that I ended up loving it.
Anyways, while I appreciate what we got but it's sad we didn't get more [especially when the creators said they had an eight-year plan]. Though I did hear a rumor that one of the characters from LD might appear in the Academy series.
