Perhaps in popularity but not in influence... The O.C. basically changed TV and influenced culture in ways few series have before or since... that being as it is, it was Josh Schwartz who developed Gossip Girl for the small screen cool

I want to know what happed to Cohen & Summer and Ryan & Taylor... not to mention Kaitlin, Luke, Frank, Julie, Kirsten & Sandy! (just to name a few)
