i remember banshee as a good pulp tv fiction. much like burn notice, and as i recall the last season of both those shows really phoned in the story. worth a re-watch after a few years. not memorable but better then average.

Don't wait... get back to it pronto. It's gripping. The fights are so realistic and there's erm, eye candy and a helluva good storyline too. I'd love to erase my memory of it and watch it fresh from the start "again".

+1, these both are excellent shows. Banshee has a solid spot in my top 5 shows of all time.

With not many shows that I rate coming out atm this will make a great filler. It's been 6 years and was a fantastic show, definitely worth a second go.

There were a lot of loose ends and it was nice for a show like this to deal with all them in a competent fashion. Liked it.

I found this last short season remarkably below par. It felt from the off like they were just looking for a way to tie up all the loose ends of the series in the shortest possible time. If they hadn't introduced the out-of-character-for-the series, insane, Hannibal-Lecter-style, satanic serial killer, the rest of it could have been wrapped up in half an hour.

For a series that was of such high quality, it was a major disappointment in my book.
