So, Joss hasn't really been that lucky with Fox in the past, and now his new show starts at Friday 13th... that's just amusing

Doh missed this vote..... not that it would have made much differance because firefly > all and we all know that

To all thos who said Joss who, go watch firefly not buffy or angel (they make him look like he cant write) such a shame a series with so few idea like Buffy, omg noooo more demons comming to our school, kept up for far to many seasons when firefly which had many many great seasons of potential (there are probably 5 or 6 seasons worth of ideas in Serenity which never got made ) got canned because FOX can't count........

Firefly cause it does stand out among the rest... Angel > Buffy but ya gotta love buffy cause it was the start of it all.

It my not be fair to compare the three Joss shows head to head. After all Buffy and Angel are fantasy action shows while, Firefly was a true Science Fiction show. It seemed to strive for realism even to the point of having no sound in space. That's truly a rare thing on a Sci Fi TV show.

You have to put all the shows in their time frames, Buffy started out as crap, new actors and low funds, but developed into a great show. Angel started of with experienced actors, prolly on the Buffy budget, and it was a good spin-off! And I have to agree that both last seasons were one of the best seasons, perhaps even the best!
Firefly was awesome as well and obviously started of with a higher budget, too bad there WEREN'T MORE SEASONS!!!

Still went with Buffy, of course

firefly... a tough one to call though, as others pointed out here, each show has a different flavour... i like them all for different reasons... but firefly gets my vote...

agree that firefly is one of the best shows ever made, but buffy will always be my number one. everything that can be said has been said about it, but i think buffy is quite the genius show. angel is awesome too. but buffys got them beat (in my opinion)
