I knew that the shots themselves were not anywhere near light speed. Because of the vfx. Sort of like phasers in Star Trek.</p></blockquote></div><br /><p>i thought jedi could &quot;feel&quot; where the shot was going to go, before it was fired.<br />they are reacting to an event that is still in the future.</p><p>which explains how they can block not only the shots that could hit them, <br />but also can ignore the ones that are of no danger. </p><p>( also explains why saber duels can last so long and go so fast )</p><p>i am sure i saw it explained that way somewhere.</p><p>also <br />we are not seeing the plasma shots in real time, but the after effects as fast as our brains can process them.<br />( that one sounds wrong, but we dont have scifi guns yet so...)</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>What always bugged me about Star Wars was the throw away characters of the empire.</p><p>I have seen droids using shields. I am sure by the time they invented artificial gravity, they could have invented personal shields.</p><p>Or even armour that deflects energy based weapons. But the most powerful people in this universe, use glow sticks. I am sure 100 people firing blasters at one Jedi, wouldn&#039;t be able to be deflected every shot all at once. Or simply being fired on from behind.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>most of the season was good, some great but nothing fantastic.<br />a number of wasted opportunities for being original.</p><p>the animation was a mix of detailed and generic.<br />but noting new or exciting. And its a big library, so it will take time. Plus as an adult you can enjoy it with them. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Finished the Season. 5/10 - 6/10 I would say.</p><p>There was so much stuff in there I couldn&#039;t care less about or which didn&#039;t add anything to the plot or character development.
