<description><![CDATA[<p>first 3 episodes of season 2 is out<br /> i am on E 2 of three and so far they are mostly good.</p><p>the side story is a little boring for the most part<br />and i don&#039;t think they can make it interesting before season 3.</p><p>but the main mysteries are reasonable, but not nearly as good as season one,<br />not even close to be honest. but the tone of the show is the same.</p><p>they dropped the most interesting side kicks from season one.<br />replaced them with carbon copies, who have no real interaction so far.<br />could have just left them out. must be a writers issue.</p><p>i hope the murders mysteries become original again<br />so far none of the murders could be completely solved without a last second &quot;reveal&quot; <br />which is just annoying. <br />E1 was nonsense for the most part. but the solve was cute. grade school cute.<br />E2 was half obvious to solve. the other half requires circumstances i do not have<br />E3 was not solvable with out a reveal.</p><p>so really its better then most.</p><p>the last 3 episodes might be out on sept 10<br /><a href="https://www.tvmaze.com/seasons/176753/ludwig-season-2/episodeguide" target="_blank">https://www.tvmaze.com/seasons/176753/l … isodeguide</a><br />or might not&nbsp; there are no two web sites that agree</p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p>i rather liked this season.<br />a play on the deduction of sherlock homes<br />where reason can solve any crime or puzzle </p><p>much better then many sherlock ripoffs or &quot;mysterys&quot;<br />that can never be solved until the writer give out<br />the critical clue that solves the crime.<br />(although that happens also. ( i hate that boondoggle, <br />how do you solve something without ALL the info. frustrating))<br />in this show they give you the critical thinking required<br />to solve the crime.</p><div class="quotebox" style="padding: 0px;"><div onclick="var e,d,c=this.parentNode,a=c.getElementsByTagName('div')[1],b=this.getElementsByTagName('span')[0];if(a.style.display!=''){while(c.parentNode&&(!d||!e||d==e)){e=d;d=(window.getComputedStyle?getComputedStyle(c, null):c.currentStyle)['backgroundColor'];if(d=='transparent'||d=='rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)')d=e;c=c.parentNode;}a.style.display='';a.style.backgroundColor=d;b.innerHTML='&#9650;';}else{a.style.display='none';b.innerHTML='&#9660;';}" style="font-weight: bold; cursor: pointer; font-size: 0.9em;"><span style="padding: 0 5px;">&#9660;</span>Spoiler</div><div style="padding: 6px; margin: 0; display: none;"><p>the only issue i have with the show, is that if it was so dangerous for the missing twin to be around( and maybe his family to be around), anyone impersonating him would also be in danger, and while they do mention that, it never goes anywhere </p></div></div>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>&quot;a brilliantly bonkers twist on a very popular format - the murder mystery&quot;</strong></p><p>Season 1 was anything but a run-of-the-mill comedy detective show, more use of &quot;intelligent&quot; comedy (David Mitchell style) than similar series. I&#039;m glad it&#039;s been renewed.</p><p>&quot;The BBC has confirmed there WILL be a series 2 of Ludwig, and it’s already started filming, currently in production. BBC One has revealed there’ll be some new famous faces joining the line-up, as well as some other exciting plot news. </p><p>The synopsis tells us: “Picking up from where things were left at the end of series 1, master puzzle-setter John ‘Ludwig’ Taylor is now a Crime Scene Consultant working on ‘impossible’ crimes for the Cambridge Police Authority. No longer having to masquerade as his brother, he’s openly more ‘Ludwig’ than ever – brilliant at solving puzzles but hopeless at everything else.”</p><div class="quotebox" style="padding: 0px;"><div onclick="var e,d,c=this.parentNode,a=c.getElementsByTagName('div')[1],b=this.getElementsByTagName('span')[0];if(a.style.display!=''){while(c.parentNode&&(!d||!e||d==e)){e=d;d=(window.getComputedStyle?getComputedStyle(c, null):c.currentStyle)['backgroundColor'];if(d=='transparent'||d=='rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)')d=e;c=c.parentNode;}a.style.display='';a.style.backgroundColor=d;b.innerHTML='&#9650;';}else{a.style.display='none';b.innerHTML='&#9660;';}" style="font-weight: bold; cursor: pointer; font-size: 0.9em;"><span style="padding: 0 5px;">&#9660;</span>Spoiler</div><div style="padding: 6px; margin: 0; display: none;"><p>However, viewers of series 1 will know that John’s identical twin brother is still missing. And now that John is an official employee of the station, he’s forbidden from using any police resources to look for James or uncover exactly what he was investigating…</p><p>Of course, we all know that won’t stop John at all – or Lucy, his sister-in-law and wife of his missing brother.</p></div></div><p>Joining the cast as series regulars are Mark Bonnar as newspaper editor, Gareth Fisher. The Scottish actor recently appeared in Dept. Q, and will soon star in Celebrity Traitors. He’s also famous for his roles in Guilt, Shetland, Line of Duty, and Unforgotten.</p><p>Lastly, Sian Clifford joins the cast as local MP, Joanne Kemper. Of course, Fleabag fans will know her best for playing long-suffering sister Claire.</p><p>Completing the cast of newcomers will be Hijack’s Ben Ashenden as DC Ethan Cole, and relative newcomer Rumi Sutton as DC Caitlin Sullivan.</p><p>Ludwig series 2 will be six episodes of an hour each. This follows on from series 1, which followed the same format.</p><p>The upcoming episodes are expected to land on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in 2026.&quot;<br /><em>Copyright: TVGuide.co.uk</em></p>]]></description>
