Re: Humans

It was a good season finale. Maybe not the greatest ep this season, but I'm looking forward to the next one.

Since I like this subject and have had withdrawal symptons from Akta Manniskor for a while, I will watch the remake. Given that it will not butcher the original ofcourse... The fact the original series creator says it's not a carbon copy got me interested.

So my friend, normally I don't do well with subtitles - I find that I miss visual clues and nuances in speech. However I'm thinking of watching Akta Manniskor as I'm short of good shows to watch right now. Have you watched all of season one of Humans yet? Are they similar enough that perhaps watching the available episodes of Akta Manniskor will 'ruin' Humans season two do you think?

Thanks in advance for your opinion.

Yes, I've watched season 1 of Humans. They changed enough to call it a different series. I'm quite satisfied they did that, since I don't even know what they will do in Season 2 of Humans.

I still prefer the original though. So I still rather have a Akta Manniskor Season 3 then a Humans season 2. But I will also definitly tune in for Humans season 2.

Be prepared for a cliffhanger though, since we still are waiting for Akta Manniskor season 3 (if it ever comes). But if you liked Humans, watching the original would be fun just to see the differences, in my opinion.

Thank you for the reply - I've got the first few Akta Mannistor episodes - I'll see how I go with them

Re: Humans

Well, I got an email from AMC today saying "HUMANS Season 2 Premieres Tonight at 10/9c" with a link to a Sneak Peek.  This info has not yet updated here.

That's because Season 2 has long since finished airing in the UK.

Re: Humans

Oh, wait, my bad.  I see the latest season posted was season 2.  I've watched all of them, I was thinking it was something new.  That's strange.  Now, I'm feeling like AMC is out of sinc.
