How is your ability to use the site been disallowed?

Are you blocking the ads here and getting the popup? Simply allow the ads and you'll be able to use the site.

The way I see it you are the school yard bully

Bully: "Either you give me your lunch money, or I am going to hit you until you give me your lunch money. Therefor it is your fault if I hit you. All you need to do is give me your lunch money and you will not get hit."

Translation: "Either you make sure I get money for you being here, or I will make you unable to be here. Give me money and you can stay."

If you want to make the site "pay to use" that is fine. Right now it is not, and I feel you are using bully tactics to try to force money out of people. There are nice ways to do things and there are mean ways. I feel like you decided to do it the mean way. I think it is an awful attitude and I think it is that lack of respect and bullying that is causing some people to be upset.

I am sure by now you have noticed that, to my knowledge, no other site on the internet is doing this. Most have a small banner or "fake" add regarding ad blockers, but they still value all their users. Have you ever considered why? I think a lot can be learned from that thought.

Yea, look, I'm not going to argue and discuss this topic with each user individually.

You can read the posts in this thread and learn why this is done the way it is.

Either the service is worth something to you to unblock the ads or get Premium - or it is not - in which case you can move to another service, worthy of your time.

Ranting about how I'm the bad guy here and insulting me further is not something I'll tolerate in your future posts.

Google huh? I've been searching for a fix for a Windows 7 problem today, via Google but on another computer on my LAN (same external IP). Then I check NE on my usual machine and see ads that I've never seen before for companies offering fixes for almost exactly what I was searching for on the machine I was fixing.

LOL. Like I'm going to trust a company who advertises via banner ads to help me fix Windows 7 update issues!!

Not using Adblock on your site but still getting the nag banner, maybe because I'm using Ghostery?
I don't mind unblocking ads for you but I'm not going to let Google track everything I do.
I just use the site once a day at most but still an annoyance.

Check the details in PayPal.

Most likely your card wasn't working at the time it tried to process a payment and the payment was suspended.

Is the card linked to your PayPal in order?

How long does it take for the paypal payment to go through? I just paid 2 hours ago but still do not see premium status, and seeing ads.

I am one of those people. I unblocked my adblock, and still am getting the message.  I don't have the other blockers that were mentioned.  Yes, it is having the opposite affect.  I would like to discontinue my account, since I can't get through the message, but I can't because, again, I can't get through the message.

You have something else on your system blocking the ads and triggering the message.
