Well deserved. They took a questionable concept and made it work.
Re: Grimm
While its stumbled some in the second season (The Juliet storyline) it's had a better run then ABC's OAAT which second season is at a Heroes level of bad.
Re: Grimm
Cheers
Re: Grimm
He didn't kill the guy on purpose as the vic backed into the sharp object as Mr Glow was trying to avoid getting shot. He was also an endangered species and maybe the Wessen and Grimms have some tradition of cutting critters like that some slack. Then again, maybe not...
Re: Grimm
Hm, little bit of lazy writing in today's episode. Nick let the father go despite the fact that he's killed an innocent person?
Yeah, that bothered me too. Otherwise, another quite decent episode.
Re: Grimm
What is the world coming to when stereotypes don't behave stereotypical ? Like the unterminateable Terminators in TSCC that kept being terminated right and left or the Grimm that prefers cuffing to killing. Dare I speculate that Nick's middle name is Romeo and he and his girlfriend die in the last episode to air, whenever that may be ?
I'm a Kraut and proud of it and despite the questionable German in the series, even if it is on purpose, I do enjoy watching it.
A monroe-vian Blutbad is so much more fun to watch than an Evil Queen once upon a time, right ?
A last thought - if we didn't know Warehouse 13 was ending, wouldn't a cross-over with Grimm be fun to think about ?
Re: Grimm
She will be wanting revenge in the worst possible way. That's a standard fairy tale trope and there's a lot the writers can do with that. Whether we will enjoy it all is another matter.
Re: Grimm
Having a Grimm afternoon hoping S3 is good
Re: Grimm
4 eps in, I have enjoyed them so far
Re: Grimm
All caught up, i enjoyed the majority of the eps. Next n the list to catch up on is Nikita
Re: Grimm
LoL
Re: Grimm
I think the monroe part has gotten a bit too relationshippy. Not that it wasn't funny.

You're describing a symptom which has come alot more apparent last few years - people meaning that if you put in anything relationshippy in a show it will kill it. Like TBBT to some degree I could agree - but all in all every good show need something more than just pure action or comedy. Done right there's nothing wrong with it - but right now I'm a bit tired of people pulling that card to put down a show! Even admitting that this was funny you still have to put it down. All I'm saying don't spread the virus, it's not all bad to have relations in a show - in fact in many cases it's what gives it a real edge and something to care more about, cause we can all relate to both feelings, comedy, drama and what not. Done right I consider that a plus.

Re: Grimm
What was the episode about again, the three main story lines if I recall
International organizations and its members vying for power and spying and assasinating each other, possibly the fate of the world in the balance.
Crazy killer targeting and scalping members of the police force/army etc and the hunt from him.
Monroe getting engaged and parents not appoving of his fiance.
Yeah one of those does not quite measure up with the others

Yeah, the evil international orginisation/Adalind storyline has been pretty boring so far.
Re: Grimm
It's looking too much like a ripoff of "Rosemary's Baby".

My problem with this isn't that they show relationship stuff. My problem is that Monroe's storyline consists of ONLY the relationship stuff now. He's doing next to no stuff with Nick anymore, Hank is doing that part again.
Come to think of it, this is what happens in real life when you get a girlfriend.
Anyway, I'm okay with this, I just wish they were more involved in other plots as well.
