Topic: Firefox error when clicking Episodes from orange menu

When I click Episodes from the orange menu at the top of the page, I often get an error message from Firefox:

Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Although I can just click Try Again, I thought Santah should know.

Re: Firefox error when clicking Episodes from orange menu

Are you getting this only today or did it happen before.

How often does that happen?

Is it only when clicking on Episodes?

Re: Firefox error when clicking Episodes from orange menu

I think it started last weekend. Not more than 2 weeks ago, though.

It is intermittent. I can't recreate the problem because I don't know when it will happen. I *do* get it at least once a day, though.

I only use 4 links regularly: Home, Episodes, Manage Episodes, and Request a Show. However, I clicked all the orange links at the top of the homepage and did not get the error on any of them at this time.

Re: Firefox error when clicking Episodes from orange menu

Not much help I know, but I've also had a similar error, sometimes this one and sometimes a 'too many redirects' error. I'm on safari.

Not all the time, but when it happens the site will be inaccessible for me for about an hour then suddenly starts working again.

Next time it happens I'll grab a screencast of it.

Excellent, and make sure you write down on which page you were when you clicked and what you clicked on!

Maybe it's just their governments monitoring their internet usage  smile

DRM "manages access" in the same way that Prison "manages freedom".
